Facilities
The private limited company, operating under the name Beyuna B.V., provides facilities for the Beyuna Academy, located at Paasheuvelweg 26 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The Beyuna Academy is established to enable Independent Sales Representatives (I.S.R.s) affiliated with the Academy to present themselves in a professional and businesslike manner, and to participate in trainings and company presentations.
Both part-time and full-time I.S.R.s are entitled to access the business benefits offered by the Beyuna Academy, subject to the payment of a monthly fee.
Company Presentations/Trainings
Guests may attend company presentations free of charge, provided they have been pre-registered by an I.S.R. who is a member of the Beyuna Academy. Affiliated I.S.R.s are required to pay a monthly fee, which grants them unrestricted access to the Beyuna Academy during presentations, upon registration.
Procedures
Upon deciding to become a member, you enter a commitment for a period of twelve months. After the initial twelve months, you may terminate the membership monthly, subject to a one-month notice period.
The monthly fee is set at €99.75 (including 21% VAT) per month*. During the first ninety days, you will receive a fifty percent discount on the membership fee. Upon entering into the membership agreement, an initial payment is required to activate the subscription. The amount payable is calculated based on the number of days remaining in the current month. By completing this payment, you commit to a one-year membership and authorize Beyuna to automatically debit the monthly fee from your account for the following twelve months.
Should you wish to cancel, you may do so within ninety days of the start of the subscription via the 'Membership' section in your account on the website. If cancellation is not completed within this period, the membership will continue for a minimum of twelve months from the start of the subscription. After twelve months, the membership will automatically renew monthly until it is terminated via your account. A one-month notice period must be observed when canceling the membership.
Once payment has been processed, you will receive a QR code via email. Please have this code ready to present when you arrive at the Beyuna Academy. Should there be any issues with your payment, your QR code may be deactivated, which could restrict access to the Academy. However, your responsibility to settle any outstanding amounts will remain.
Company presentations and training sessions are announced in advance on the website calendar, within the app, and across Beyuna’s available media channels. These sessions are complimentary for guests who have not yet become I.S.R.s of Beyuna. Guests must be registered in advance through the account of the accompanying I.S.R. During registration, they will need to agree to Beyuna’s General Privacy Statement, which allows Beyuna to use any recordings made during these presentations and training sessions. This condition also applies to I.S.R.s when they join the Beyuna Academy.
